Every CLASSFEELING order is carefully prepared, inspected and packaged to ensure the highest standards of quality.

SHIPPING

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

 

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and courier operations.

 

 

 

DELIVERY

 

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

 

CLASSFEELING is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, transportation issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

 

Returned items must be:

 

• Unworn

 

• Unwashed

 

• In their original condition

 

• With all original tags attached

 

• In the original packaging

 

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

 

 

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return is the result of our error.

 

 

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Include your order number together with clear photographs of the issue.

 

Once approved, CLASSFEELING will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items cannot be returned:

 

• Gift Cards

 

• Personalized products

 

• Items returned damaged, worn or without their original packaging and tags
